YEJ  series  DC brake motors is a sort of entirely enclosed supporter-cooled squirrel-cage three phase asynchronous motors,it was designed accoring to IEC standsrd and has a whole lot of gain like prompt braking,compact construction,higher reliability,higher efficirncy,strength saving,massive startin torque, effortless procedure & servicing and many others.In addition to,the brake has a handbook release device,which makes it possible for the brake a junction of each manual release and electrical release and is practical for procedure.YEJ collection DC brake motors are ideal for mechanism that demands prompt braking,correct positioning,repeat working,recurrent starting up and aviod slipping.

Principle and composition of the brake motors, the DC brake disc is assembled on the non-travel end shaft of the motor,when equipped with electrical power, the brake functions at the same time, the electromagnetic drive appeals to the armature and presses the spring ,thus the brake disc is introduced from armature and endshield,then the motor commences to operate: When the electricity provide is reduce off, electromagnetic froce lost, the spring pushes the armature to the brake disc,the motor stops right away,a braking motion finished. The electricity of the brake is supplied by rectifier fastened in the terminal box, DC 99v for motors up to 3KW and DC 170V for motors 4KW and up.

Y2EJ collection DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on Y2 series motors) and YDEJ series DC brake motors(DC brake assembled on YD collection multi-pace motors) are also CZPT.
